The 16 and under team is built for athletes serious about elevating their game for varsity-level competition and beyond. Based in Raleigh, NC, the 16U Marucci Warriors compete in premier tournaments against elite regional talent, focusing on advanced skill development, in-game execution, and mental toughness. Our coaching staff prepares players for the demands of high school baseball with an emphasis on leadership, work ethic, and team accountability.

RYAN GREER
16U BASEBALL HEAD COACH
We would like to introduce our 16U head coach and founder of the Warriors, Ryan Greer. Coach Greer has over 15 years of coaching experience from t-ball to the HS level. Coach Greer has a passion for the game of baseball and teaching the game to young men. This group is our oldest group and we are looking forward to Coach Greer helping these young men navigate their way to the next level and their dreams of playing college ball.
Note from Ryan: My passion for the game and developing young ball players has driven me to grow the warrior’s village to what it has become today. I am very excited about the future of the warrior’s organization. It is my goal to create an environment where young men can grow as ball players and learn how to navigate all life obstacles they face in today’s society. I will continue to develop strong players but most importantly, produce good men.
