Our 14 and under girls softball team is focused on developing well-rounded athletes ready for high-level competition. Based in Raleigh, NC, the 14U Marucci Warriors emphasize strong fundamentals, advanced game strategy, and elite team culture. Players are challenged through premier tournaments and high-caliber opponents, while also building confidence, resilience, and leadership on and off the field.

TOSHA BECK
14U SOFTBALL HEAD COACH
We are very excited to have Tosha Beck join the warrior’s village; Coach Beck will lead our very first softball team at the 14U level. We could not be happier about adding a softball program to the Warriors organization and look forward to growing our softball program with Coach Beck. The 14U Marucci Warriors softball team will take the field for their first time in March of 2025.
Note from Tosha: Growing up, I was all about sports, especially softball, since my dad was the umpire and he and my mom took me to the field not long after I was born. This really sparked my love for the game. Once I stopped playing, I wanted to stay involved, so I dove into coaching. It’s become a true passion for me, as I get to guide young female athletes through their ups and downs, cheering them on and helping them tackle obstacles. I’m excited to see how we can grow the softball program in Warrior Nation!
